THE “RHYTHM WINDOWS” PUTTING SYSTEM

Distance control becomes a rhythm window - not a stroke-length calculation

Most golfers try to control distance by measuring stroke length. But under pressure, that system breaks down. The stroke gets shorter, tighter, or rushed - and distance control disappears.

The Rhythm Windows Putting System solves that by shifting your focus from stroke length to tempo windows. When you rhythm stays consistent, your stroke length adjusts automatically. No thinking. No measuring. Just a smooth, natural roll.

The Three Rhythm Windows

Window 1 - Short Putts (Inside 10 ft)

Cadence: Tick…Tock
A compact, steady rhythm that keeps the face square and the ball on line.

Window 2 - Mid-Range Putts (10 - 30 ft)

Cadence: Tick…Tock….Flow
A slightly longer, smoother rhythm that lends line and speed.

Windows 3 - Long Putts (30+ ft)

Cadence: Tick…Tock…Flow…Roll
A wide, syrupy rhythm that creates effortless lag distance.

Why Rhythm Works Better Than Stroke Length

  • Rhythm is repeatable

  • Rhythm reduces tension

  • Rhythm adapts to green speed

  • Rhythm eliminates stroke-length guessing

Your body already understands rhythm - it’s built into walking, breathing, and athletic movement. When you match the putt to the correct rhythm window, distance control beomes automatic.

How To Train It

  • Set a metronome to 72-76 BPM

  • Match each window to its cadence (2, 3, or 4 beats)

  • Let the stroke length grow naturally with the rhythm

You’re not counting beats - you’re feeling the window.

On-Course Routine

  • Read the putt

  • Choose the rhythm window

  • Rehearse the window once

  • Step in and roll it

Simple. Repeatable. Pressure-proof.
